The sales department at PI is as versatile as the company itself. It includes Global Account Management for supporting key customers, eCommerce, Sales Operations for controlling and developing sales processes and systems, and Field and Technical Sales.
The sales department is the interface between our customers and development engineers, product specialists from our international development locations as well as our subsidiaries and distributors. From technical advice on direct enquiries in pre- and after-sales, management tasks in larger projects to relationship management and market and competition monitoring: The objective is to secure existing business and acquire new business in order to achieve sustainable growth together with customers.
The sales team at PI sees itself as a communicative all-rounder with great technical know-how, distinct strategic business expertise and approach, high assertiveness, and empathy.
Marketing has a clear target and is never an end in itself. PI Marketing & Communication has clearly defined targets ‒ and this is what we are working towards together. Our Marketing & Communication team works closely together with the Strategic Marketing and Sales teams. We rely on relevant content and focus on digital media and virtual channels mixed with classic touchpoints such as trade fairs and conferences.

Patent system: Protecting and securing ideas against piracy is a key factor in PI's development work as a pioneer.
Design: Market-oriented or customer-specific designs are the focus of our development work.
Sensor technology and guides: Precision is not achieved by the drive alone. How do we overcome the limitations of conventional system components available on the market? Do it ourselves!
Motion control: The mechanical design provides only one component of a functional system. The others offer the software as a customer or system interface as well as electronic control. Mechatronics at its finest, made by PI.
The central task of industrial engineering is to design, ensure and optimize smooth, timely and efficient workflows within the production process – a process that must meet both our high quality standards and the highest demands of our customers. Team spirit, a purposeful and methodical way of working and communicative and solution-oriented action are therefore at the forefront of the everyday work of our PI engineers. Industrial engineering at PI is divided into different areas – and we are looking for professionals for all of them.
Whether measuring and manufacturing technology engineering, which is quasi the "development department" for the production area, or data engineering. Whether quality assurance engineering to define and monitor production processes in terms of quality or fractal engineering, which designs and monitors the manufacture of our mechatronic products with regard to process stability, low manufacturing costs and short throughput times and also ensures a smooth production process.
