All Process Steps from One Source
PI Ceramic has many years of experience and mature manufacturing technologies in the assembly and connection of >> ultrasonic transducers. The processes range from bonding and joining the piezoelectric elements, to mechanical finishing such as lapping and grinding for minimum geometric tolerances, to soldering the contacts, or packaging. Manufacturing, from one-offs to large series, takes place in cleanrooms, as does the final qualification of the products, such as impedance measurement or sound field characterization. At PI Ceramic, all process steps are carried out on site. Our piezo experts have the necessary expertise to realize even customer-specific adjustments in the shortest time and with the highest quality.
