Technical understanding and dexterity, safe handling of the PC as well as solvents and chemicals: These are the qualities we look for in our production colleagues. You work on the microscope, with tweezers or on our machines, equipment and furnaces during the normal 2 or 3-shift system. The day-to-day work at PI Ceramic is as varied as the range of activities. To us, flat hierarchies mean that the production department works directly with the process and development engineers in order to implement workflows and ideas faster.
