Technical understanding and dexterity, safe handling of the PC as well as solvents and chemicals: These are the qualities we look for in our production colleagues. You work on the microscope, with tweezers or on our machines, equipment and furnaces during the normal 2 or 3-shift system. The day-to-day work at PI Ceramic is as varied as the range of activities. To us, flat hierarchies mean that the production department works directly with the process and development engineers in order to implement workflows and ideas faster.
We are happy to offer opportunities for further development, whether within the department or during training as a master craftsman. As one of the largest employers in the region, we score points for reliability and consistency - and we look for that in our production employees. Are you open-minded, a team player and like to contribute new ideas? Then apply to us and complement our production team!
Getting good results every day and mastering new challenges. That has been motivating me to work for PI Ceramic for more than 22 years.
Diana Eschenbacher – Employee in Piezo Devices Production
I have worked in production at PI Ceramic for more than 15 years. In this time, together with my colleagues, I have also set up the "Print Manufacturing" department, which I now head on a representative basis. I am proud of this. It motivates me to find new products and solutions for our customers, which perfectly fit into their applications.
Cornelia Wagner – Deputy Group Leader Intermediate Manufacturing, Product Division Multilayer
I enjoy contributing my knowledge and practical skills towards new product developments in cooperation with the engineers. My tasks are also very varied; From gluing, soldering and coating to finishing high voltage actuators and shear actuators.
