Automating processes in production, inspection, and testing requires increasingly more accuracy in the micrometer or even nanometer range. Hexapods are predestined for precision positioning in several axes. Their parallel-kinematic design allows a greater bandwidth of loads, travel ranges, and velocities. The new catalog now presents the entire product range and includes the extensive range of matching controllers and software tools with all technical data.

The product portfolio of piezo motor stages ranges from linear actuators and linear and XY stages, including special solutions for microscopy, through rotation stages, to parallel-kinematic systems and the corresponding motion controllers. The systems work either with Q-Motion® piezo inertia motors, PILine® ultrasonic motors, or PiezoWalk® walking or PiezoMike linear drives. The travel ranges are scalable up to about 25 mm, at maximum velocities of 1 to 100 mm/s.
